Hello :)

I've been fascinated with writing ever since high school. English was one of the few subjects I actually excelled in.

It was a subject that just clicked. I both enjoyed, and thrived in the essay writing process. Unfortunately I wasn't able

to instantly put my writings skills into practise after school. It became secondary to what I was doing at the time.

At that period of my life, I was helping to lay the foundation of my family's business. They were in the midst

of a pretty big project. Renovating a derelict corn mill into both a business and a place to call home.

During this process, I spent a lot of my time down there getting my hands dirty. Giving me some experience

in the construction industry. On the side however, I was still infatuated by writing. Spending the majority of my

spare time writing poetry, essays, and just short writing pieces. Most of which mirrored whatever was going on

around me at the time. How I was feeling, philosophical takes on where my life was, and where it was going, etc etc.

Anyways, fast forward a number of years. My family's business was now up and running. Here is where I took my writing to a different level.  A level that involved insights into marketing and persuasive language.

This is exactly where my writing truly flourished.

I took sole responsibility of all the digital aspects of my family's B&B.

Writing all the website content, building the website, writing blogs/articles, writing and designing the physical

on hand leaflets, menus, and informative booklets for guests to read and interact with, and lastly,

I manage the social media pages for said business.
